Founder/Business Manager
Omena Abenabe
Omena has just about 20 years professional experience in communications and brand development, sales and data analytics. Before relocating from Nigeria to the States in 2016, Omena built a successful career in brand development and corporate communications. She continued in this trajectory in the States and broadened her professional expertise to include Sales and Data Analytics.
Omena holds a Bachelors in English Language and a Masters in Media and Communications. She has served clients in various verticals including banking, oil and gas, government, media and construction.
Omena is passionate about Christian discipleship, purposeful living and finance. She believes work is God ordained and is an avenue to deliver value to the world through our God-given talent and is passionate about people living to fulfil their God-given potential.
Butterfly Bayou is born out of her experience, challenges and triumph in navigating life and career through God and godly support. She desires to build a God-honoring community to support women in discovering and developing their talent vocational work while leading a balanced life.
As Founder and Manager, she is honored and thankful for the team which sees and supports the vision and supports the vision of Butterfly Bayou. She will be working both on the brand and business side of Butterfly Bayou.

Leadership Development
Lisa Schillaci, CPA
Lisa is a Rice University’s Doerr Institute certified leadership coach.
Lisa has thirty-five years of large urban hospital experience in various finance and revenue cycle roles. She loves to make the complex simpler and create order out of chaos – making the revenue cycle management, innovation and leadership development a great fit for her!
Lisa’s passion and heart reside in leading teams and mentoring individuals. Always at the top of her priorities are developing talent and creating efficiency.
On a personal note, Lisa enjoys reading non-fiction books and is an adult Bible teacher on the weekends. She is the mother of a Gen-Zer who recently started her freshman year at college and is fluffing the empty nest she shares with John, her husband of 22 years.
A Gen-X degreed Accountant-CPA, Lisa mixes humor and compassion as she shares her journey from early careerist to executive over the past 35 years. Lisa will speak from her heart about situations everyone can identify with, including failure, feedback and staying the course.

Kennia Lopez
Kennia has a BSc in architecture. She is a graphic designer who works end to end with clients from developing the creative vision, bringing ideas to life through graphic design and overseeing production to ensure that the right materials are selected for your job.
Web Development
Carol Agbonlahor
Carol is a multifaceted and talented artist. She is a singer, songwriter and guitarist (with several records to her name), designer and all round communications consultant.
Carol brings in more than 10 years of experience as a communications consultant. Carol has a Bachelors in English Language and a Masters in Media and Communication.
